Giving someone a WOO card doesn’t mean you’re committing to a conversation or a relationship.
If someone contacts you and you realise you don’t want to continue, you can simply and politely decline. You’re never obliged to keep the conversation going. Here at WOO we promote kindness and courtesy. Please refrain from ghosting. NOT COOL!
If the person who contacted you has paid for verification, they receive a full refund if there is no connection, according to WOO’s refund process.
WOO is about creating opportunities — not obligations.
Every WOO card carries a QR code linked to your unique WOO URL. When you order a new set of cards, you can change the personal part of that URL.
When the URL changes, the previous URL and QR code are deactivated — so older cards using that QR code no longer lead to your profile.
For example
Imagine you’ve given your WOO card to five people, but later realise you’d rather not be contacted by one of them. You can change your WOO URL when ordering a new set of cards. Your old QR code is then deactivated, giving you an extra layer of control over who can reach your WOO profile through your cards.
Changing your URL deactivates all cards linked to the old QR code — not one person individually.
You choose who you WOO.

And you can change your mind.
Dating doesn’t have to be about pressure, awkward approaches or exchanging personal contact details with a stranger. Sometimes all you need is a simple way to say:
